About me
I'm a Senior Engineering Manager at Tricentis, based in Brno, Czech Republic. I specialize in developing and enhancing core instrumentation technologies—with a focus on code coverage and test framework integration—and in leading teams that deliver reliable, scalable tooling for modern applications. My role also includes talking to customers and helping them integrate our solutions: I've worked with major enterprise clients from around the world, across sectors such as technology, finance, consulting, and retail.
I'm passionate about code coverage in general and am driven by the goal of redefining how it works in the JavaScript world: building more performant, accurate tooling that fits how modern teams test and ship. I've worked with all major test frameworks and have created custom plugins and instrumentation for Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, WebDriverIO, and others—so coverage and observability integrate seamlessly into the tools developers already use.
DevOps and security are close to my heart. I majored in Communication Networks and Security, and that foundation shapes how I think about pipelines, agent onboarding, and building systems that are both fast and trustworthy. I work closely with DevOps on backend tooling and agent lifecycle, and I care about blending technical depth with clear communication and customer success.
Outside work, I'm challenged and energized by my own side projects—building cool stuff with Raspberry Pi, hitting the gym regularly, and navigating the waters of AI by learning something new every day. I believe the best engineers keep shipping at work and keep learning everywhere else.
I build tooling by day and side projects by night—and I'm still figuring out what AI can do before breakfast.
